Compensation Plan for Plan I

Each Revenue Profit Sharing Business (RPSB) is independently and separately operated and has its own Compensation Plan. Second Chance FFF affiliates have made using the Internet wealth-producing system possible. We believe in the leveraging system whereby we build e-commerce consultants’ businesses, and every business gets paid override commissions, bonuses, and residual income, where we get paid daily, weekly, and monthly. The Internet helps us get online and operate our business for ourselves, but not by ourselves.

Under our Revenue Profit Sharing Platform Business, we are working as a Team to leverage our time and money so no one will lose their financial benefits and protection to live a happy life.

There is a one-time affiliate processing fee of $49 for applications and for a lead system to recruit individuals seeking self-employment in our companies. For expansion, SCF will obtain an office building for our Headquarters in Virginia, which will be open for affiliates to invest in real estate property. SCF will provide a Credit Union to help affiliates get out of debt, and also participate in a lender program to provide loans for people to get out of debt. SCF will provide special training for taxes and other business services as needed. I want you to know that most doctors, lawyers, and accountants own businesses with other business investors even though they are working to benefit from our tax system. SCF wants this lifestyle for our affiliates as well.

When you join the eight companies’ websites listed under Plan I, you must sign up for the auto-ship program to ensure that you do not miss a check coming in daily, weekly, and monthly from your investment programs.

I will have all the do’s and don’ts Information Sheets ready for discussion when you are interviewed about the company and the compensation plans on how money is made and received when you join the companies. Once trained, you will receive a training schedule and a certificate of completion of training. Each company is different, and once you join the company, you are to read the terms and guidelines stated for each company to know how each company operates. Under Plan I, everyone must have a Board of Directors of seven people on their team to meet their monthly auto-ship to build their business and create money. This is why we must help each other get their required seven boards of directors. This is also why we have special departments such as a lead program, marketing, website, prayer, special needs, and financial department to help each of the seven boards of directors grow. Other details will be given once a person joins us.

You are the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of your own business. We help build leveraging platform teams to help your business grow since we market products and services. Every CEO operates their business as an independent consultant.

Steps to follow after joining the business: (Details Instructions follow):
  • (1) Create a name for your business and apply for an EIN No. to start and operate your business as a consultant. You do this as part of the process to legalize your business. Our Consultants Are Professional people who will help you.
  • (2) Each CEO will receive a duplicate website to market their business. The CEO can also set up another website for marketing their business with their seven directors’ pictures on their website to also market their business. We have website designers for a minimum charge, which is a tax write-off.   • (3) SCF wants every CEO’s website to show a picture or image of their seven CEO Board of Directors on their website’s front or second page as a marketing tool to grow your business.   • (4) Our purpose is to build a CEO Team called TeamPower777, which allows the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to expand their business.
  • (5) Everyone desiring to become a CEO must have seven business partners to serve as their Board of Directors to build their Consultant Team. These seven directors will sign up under your business to duplicate teams of seven directors. The purpose of teaming directors is to form AI teams to build wealth and take control of your financial life by leveraging your time, money, and effort.
  • (6) RSPB teams are called TeamPower777, a structured financial Tower of Wealth being built for both Plan I and Plan II E-commerce Businesses as in Genesis 11:6.
  • (7) Each person who joins the RPSB becomes the CEO of their business, and their mission is to duplicate and train their CEO’s Board of Directors team. Every CEO will market products and services through leveraging to become financially independent by working together as a team.
  • (8) Training will also be conducted via SCF’s conference calls or Zoom for each company during the week or on weekends, usually one hour or less. Everyone who joins must enroll and be given a scheduled date for training on products, services, and business tools for both the Plans I and II platforms. The training is for every CEO of their companies to understand the products and services they are marketing and how to use them. After your mandatory training, it is up to the CEOs to attend training to keep up-to-date with the changes in the company products or services at their judgment. Training will always be available, but this is not a job but a business. Therefore, the CEO must treat their business as work and attend staff meetings to keep abreast of changes in his company.
  • (9) The CEO will help his team get seven people to serve on his Board of Directors. Then, the seven directors on the team of consultants must continue to duplicate and build a team of seven directors, which will create a platform for leveraging. The process must be duplicated by building a team of CEO’s Board of Directors, starting with Level 1 of 7, then Level 2 of 49, and Level 3 of 343 CEOs. The CEO will continue to duplicate in groups until it reaches the end of the platform, as stated by each business you join.
  • (10) The main objective is helping each CEO get their seven-member Board of Directors team and duplicate the process over and over to build your business. It is mandatory to help your Board get their seven people before moving to the next team if they need your help. This is also why we have the lead program and other ways to assist you in getting seven Board members for your CEO business.
  • (11) SCF will have schedules set up by each company to ensure that our CEOs get trained by every company we are connected with. Training is ongoing: getting acquainted with the company products and services you are marketing for yourself and your board to ensure duplication of teams. Each CEO company can provide its training, too. However, you don’t have to worry about the training; SCF customer service will also be on-call to help.
  • (12) Upon completion of the training, a Certificate of Completion will be given once a person completes their training. Once trained, as in item 8, training will be ongoing because new people will be joining the daily. Once prepared, CEOs must stay connected to meetings to keep their team up-to-date concerning changes. How the CEO attends the meetings will be up to the individual. I recommend weekly or every two weeks. There will be notices announced in the back office of changes passed down from SCF teams and each Company. Otherwise, it is your business, and it is up to you to attend meetings to stay current.
  • (13) Your company will be supported and protected by SCF’s confidentiality behind our business growth. We want to keep anyone from benefiting from our company. We will also protect our company from discrimination against other people with different religions, faiths, and gender conditions. We will not be held responsible for any misconstrued information.
  • (14) SCF Plan II will help increase support for the financial needs of individuals who join. This is one of the reasons why you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. We will also have recruiters and lead programs to help each team grow and reach its seven director members.
  • (15) Upon joining SCF, we want to start a lending program to help others who lack the money to enroll in our program. This will also promote our recruiting. Remember, you are in business for yourself, but we help grow your business.
  • (16) We want everyone to sign up their seven directors within a month. We want everyone to join each business within a month. Some companies are free to join, and if you need a loan to pay your fee, see Plan II or call customer services. We will discuss ways of getting the fee. We must follow the above steps and work with your team members to help each other duplicate faster to receive daily, monthly, and yearly checks.
  • (17) Upon joining the team, all of us must abide by the golden rule, “Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you.” This means we are professional and will not let our conduct allow us to unmind another person. If that happens, you must leave the group and work independently.
  • (18) We do not discriminate against anyone desiring to join our business, but we want them to know our leaders are Christians, and we want to continue placing Christians as the Head of the Company (SCF). This is done to avoid confusion in the business. We will not make any sacrifice to alternate our beliefs to accommodate other faiths, which will bring division and separation to the group. We respect and do not discriminate against other people’s religion, faith, gender, and race conditions. Still, we do not compromise or support sin against God that will separate us or cause problems in our company. If you do not want to participate in our program, you can leave group and work independently.
  • (19) We will have Christian prayers before the morning meeting or any meeting starts by acknowledging God. Having prayer before the meeting begins will apply to all our meetings as usual. We expect people to respect our faith as we respect their faith and Christian values. We believe in God and that God is Jesus in the flesh. No other prayers nor conflicts with God will be mixed, recognized, or compromised due to beliefs. One can pray silently but not start a new group with another god because our Bible states in Exodus 20:3, Old Testament, as part of the Ten Commandments, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image…” We do not like to turn a person away from desiring to join our businesses, but obeying God is obedient to His Word, and our business will prosper. Disobeying God’s word causes sin, according to the Holy Bible,” which is an ordinance that governs our Christian values. We believe that immoral conduct and behavior is a sin against God,  but being born as a black human being is not a sin and should not be compared with evil sin and discriminated against.
  • (20) Each TeamPower777 will be given a color. This is to honor our outstanding team based on our criteria of professionalism and the quality of our company.
  • (21) We will have an annual conference yearly. All are expected to attend, but not mandatory due to some people’s faith, sickness, or anything.

Marketing Steps for Your Business

Second Chance FFF has set up INSTRUCTIONS to build revenue profit-sharing financial e-commerce businesses worldwide operated by independent consultants who market products and services. These companies make distributing their products and services accessible by offering a great compensation plan. It is very critical, however, that the following points are met to ensure a smooth operation so that everyone can receive a paycheck monthly. The steps are:

  • (1) You set up your team of seven CEO’s Partners for your Revenue Profit Sharing Board of Directors to be on your team to serve as your lifetime financial partners governing board whose role is to start the building duplication of the team process. If you select a board and help your seven partners select a board, you are on your way to becoming a millionaire quickly. It is all in the numbers.
  • (2) Due to the debt crisis, some people will need assistance obtaining the small fee necessary to set up a business. Therefore, we have listed companies for people to apply for a loan if your team needs financial help to start their business. A quick response is vital to building the business in a timely fashion so everyone can get paid based on the effort of each other at the start-up. If you have bad credit, some companies’ interest rates may be higher than those with good credit, but you should get the smallest amount to cover the funds to start your business. When you have seven partners signed up in the business using the products and services, you can pay the money back and make a profit faster to get out of debt and become financially independent.
  • (3) We have lead support programs to help each person get leads to help build their seven board members and their business.
  • (4) Each team will help each person build their seven-team members to get their required members of seven people before moving on to the next team up to the 4th level.
